Still 132 years* until equal rights – we don't want to wait that long!
We, the Feminist Lab, are therefore already campaigning for a gender-equal society with our work. With our book, readings, lectures and workshops, we want to bring women and men into an open and productive common conversation and mobilise more men in particular to stand up for gender justice.

Our Book
The first feminist practical guide for men and women who accompany them
In a short and concise way, we share how men can become feminists in four simple steps. Our radically honest, personal-political approach shows: Where men also make the commitment for equality their business by reflecting on their own privileges and role models, all genders benefit from a more open, peaceful and just world. In which men are also better off!

We invite you to a conversation
As activists for gender justice, we not only give readings, but also hold talks and workshops to engage in dialogue.
»When it comes to feminism, it's usually only women who speak up, men often stay out of the discussion - the HeforShe ambassadors want to change that. Their goal: to motivate men to stand up for gender equality so that they become part of the solution and not the problem.« ZDF heute, 18.04.2021
About the Feminist Lab
We are a group of 3 women and 4 men, between 26 and 36 years old, with roots in four different countries (Germany, Scotland, Finland, USA). We first came together in 2019 at a workshop in Berlin to talk together about gender equality issues. We quickly realised how enriching the conversations between women and men are. Our book emerged from our insights in two further writing retreats. Today, we bundle our work in different formats to achieve our vision.
